I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is simply superb, right in front of the Porta Negra and within walking distance of many attractions. The rooms were cozy and warm, offering a lovely view of the historic Porta Negra. However, it took a bit of time to get the heating adjusted when I arrived with the outside temperature being over 20 degrees. I also found the service to be exceptional, especially with handling a diverse clientele. The dining experience was delightful, although some more diverse options could have been added. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay even more enjoyable.

What a delightful stay! The hotel offers clean and spacious rooms with a lovely view of the Porta Nigra, which adds a special touch to the experience. The service was top-notch, with a friendly and helpful staff willing to go the extra mile for guests. The location couldn't be better, just across from the Porta Nigra, making it a prime spot for exploring Trier. While the dining options were nice, there were some inconsistencies that need improvement. Overall, a great value for the money spent.
